ADI to Acquire Integrant for US$127 Mln

ADI (Analog Devices Inc) recently announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Integrant, a Korea-based RF device maker, for US$127 million in cash, under which the company will take over Integrant's low-power RF technology. Integrant's DMB tuners have been adopted by Korean mobile phone makers. In addition, Integrant's tuners support the ISDB-T mobile TV standard in Japan.
